1. Yleistä

Retken nimi: Iiriksen noitakattila

Retken ajankohta:

3. Kuljetukset

Lähtö

  • 14.11. klo. 17:45 Kauklahden aseman liityntäpysäköinnistä osoitteessa Vantinportti 5. Lähdemme ajamaan kohti retkipaikkaa kello 18:00, mutta olethan ajoissa paikalla!

Paluu

  • Koko retki: 16.11. klo 13:00 Kirilästä. Takaisin Kauklahdessa noin kello 13:40.
  • Lyhyt retki: 15.11. klo 16:00 Kirilästä. Jos lapsesi on mukana vain lyhyen retkiajan, huoltajan tulee huolehtia kyydit itse,

Perhepartio

  • Perhepartiolaiset huolehtivat omista kyydityksistä, mutta parkkipaikan koon vuoksi kimppakyytejä suositellaan!

Retkeilijät jätetään parkkipaikalle ja siitä kävellään polku ylös kämpälle. Samalta parkkipaikalta retkeilijät noudetaan sunnuntaina. Parkkipaikalla on tilaa noin kuudelle autolle.

Sunnuntain paluukyydeistä ilmoitetaan etukäteen Whatsapp-ryhmissä.

4. Majoitus

Retkellä Tähtipanssariketut ja Vesikauhut nukkuvat ensisijaisesti lämmitetyssä teltassa. Varaa mukaan siis paksumpi makuupussi ja -alusta, ettei nukkuessa tule kylmä.

Kämpällä ei ole patjoja, joten myös sisällänukkujat mukaansa makuualustan.

5. Pukeutuminen

Retkellä ollaan ulkona säästä riippumatta, joten huolehdithan matkaan sään mukaisen varustuksen.

Retken ajaksi on luvattu pientä pakkasta, joten lämmin pukeutuminen on erittäin tärkeää. Kämppä lämpeää puilla, joten retken alussa ei suoraan pääse lämpimään. Jos talvinen kerrospukeutuminen ei ole tuttu konsepti, siihen voi tutustua esimerkiksi oheisen videon kautta: Kerrospukeutuminen talvella

6. Varusteluettelo

Lauantai-iltana järjestetään mahdollisuus saunomiseen ja peseytymiseen, joten pakatkaa mukaan uima-asu ja pyyhe. Jos kaipaatte retkellä yksityistä aikaa peseytyä, voitte kysyä asiasta retken johtajilta.

Muistathan nimikoida kaikki tavarasi!

Pyri pakkaamaan kaikki tavarat rinkan/repun sisälle, niin että niiden kanssa on helppo kävellä. Käveltävää autoilta retkipaikalle on parisataa metriä.

Omaa kännykkää tai muuta elektroniikkaa ei tarvitse retkellä. Jos kuitenkin otat mukaasi kännykän tai muuta elektroniikkaa, teet sen omalla vastuullasi. Partiovakuutus ei kata elektronisten laitteiden rikkoutumista. Retken aikana osallistujat pitävät matkapuhelimensa rinkassa suljettuna ja jos tämä ei onnistu, puhelimet voidaan kerätä päivän ohjelman ajaksi johtajien haltuun. Retkeläisillä ei ole mahdollisuutta ladata matkapuhelinta retkellä. Tarvittaessa lapsi/lapseen saa yhteyden retken johtajien kautta.

7. Turvallisuus

Retkellä on voimassa Suomen Partiolaisten turvallisemman tilan periaatteet

Jos osallistuja ei pysty toimimaan näiden periaatteiden mukaisesti, retki voidaan hänen kohdalta keskeyttää.

Turva-aikuisien kanssa voi jutella, jos jokin painaa mieltä. Turva-aikuiset neuvovat ja tukevat, jos partiolainen on kohdannut häirintää, syrjintää, kiusaamista tai muuta epätasa-arvoista kohtelua tapahtumassa. Turva-aikuisen kanssa käydyt keskustelut ovat aina luottamuksellisia.

8. Lisätietoa

Retkelle osallistutaan ainoastaan terveenä. Mikäli sairastut ennen retkeä, ilmoita asiasta retkenjohtajalle. Jos retkeläinen sairastuu retken aikana, huoltajalla on velvollisuus järjestää lapselle kyyti kotiin.

Mikäli retkimaksusi on vielä maksamatta, maksathan sen pikimmiten Kauka-Kuutit ry:n tilille FI68 5037 0520 1154 58 käyttäen viitenumeroa 20679. Hinnat vielä alla:

  • Koko retki: 15€
  • Lyhyt retki: 10€
  • Perhepartiolaisille retken hinta on 5€ (yli 3-vuotiaille).

Muista käyttää viitettä! OP veloittaa hirmuisia summia ilman viitettä saapuneista maksuista.

1. General

  • Full camp: November 14 at 17:45 – November 16 at 13:00
  • Short camp: November 14 at 17:45 – November 15 at 16:00
  • Family scouts: November 15 at 10:00 – 13:00

2. Location

Kirilä, Pekkasenkuja 1, 03220 Tervalampi

3. Transportation

Departure

  • November 14 at 17:45 from the Kauklahti station park-and-ride area, address Vantinportti 5. We will depart for the campsite at 18:00, so please be on time!

Return

  • Full camp: November 16 at 13:00 from Kirilä. Arrival back in Kauklahti around 13:40.
  • Short camp: November 15 at 16:00 from Kirilä. If your child is participating only for the short trip, please be prepared to pick them up yourself.

Family scouts

  • Family scouts are responsible for their own transportation, but carpooling is recommended due to limited parking space!

Participants will be dropped off at the parking area, from where they will walk along a trail up to the cabin. Pick-up on Sunday will take place from the same parking area. The parking area can accommodate about six cars.

We will inform you about Sunday’s return transportation nearer to the camp

4. Accommodations

On the trip, Tähtipanssariketut and Vesikauhut will generally sleep outdoors for at least one of the nights. Please make sure to bring sufficiently warm sleeping bags and thick sleeping pads.

The lodge does not have padding, so please bring your sleeping pads even if you are sleeping inside.

5. Clothing

The trip will take place outdoors regardless of the weather, so please make sure to bring clothing and gear suitable for the conditions.

A bit of frost has been forecast for the trip, so dressing warmly is especially important. The cabin is heated with wood, so it won’t be warm right away when we arrive. 6. Varusteluettelo

On Saturday evening, there will be an opportunity to use the sauna and wash up, so please pack a swimsuit and a towel. If you would like some private time for washing during the trip, you can ask the trip leaders about it.

Remember to label all your belongings!

Try to pack all your belongings inside your backpack so that they’re easy to carry. The walking distance from the cars to the campsite is a couple of hundred meters.

You do not need to bring a mobile phone or other electronic devices on the camp. If you do choose to bring a phone or other electronics, it is at your own risk. The scout insurance does not cover damage to electronic devices. During the camp, participants must keep their phones switched off and packed away in their backpacks. If this is not possible, the phones may be collected and kept by the leaders during the day’s program. There will be no opportunity to charge phones during the trip. If needed, parents can contact their child through the camp leaders.

7. Safety

The Guides and Scouts of Finland’s safer space principles apply during the camp.

If a participant is unable to follow these principles, their participation in the camp may be terminated.

You can talk to the safety adults if something is bothering you. They are there to offer advice and support if a scout experiences harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any other form of unequal treatment during the event. All conversations with the safety adults are strictly confidential.

8. Further information

Participants may only attend the camp if they are healthy. If you become ill before the camp, please inform the camp leader. If a participant falls ill during the camp, the guardian is responsible for arranging transportation home for the child.

If you have not yet paid your camp fee, please do so as soon as possible to Kauka-Kuutit ry’s account FI68 5037 0520 1154 58 using the reference number 20679. Prices are listed below:

  • Full camp: 15€
  • Short camp: 10€
  • Family scouts 5€ (over 3 years old).

Remember to use the reference number! OP charges extremely high fees for payments received without one.
