Tervetuloa Kauka-Kuuttien yhteiselle syysretkelle Vihdin Tervalammelle 14.–16.11. Retki järjestetään Mustien Veljien ja Kirisiskojen kämpällä Kirilässä. Retkelle voi osallistua oman halun mukaan joko koko ajaksi tai ainoastaan perjantaista lauantaihin.

Kuljetukset

Kuljeteukset retkelle ja pois retkeltä tapahtuu kimppakyydein. Kerrothan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä mikäli pääset kuljettamaan retkeilijöitä. Kimppakyydit lähtevät ja palaavat Kauklahden aseman liityntäpysäköinnistä.

Lähtö

  • 14.11. klo. 17:45 Kauklahden aseman liityntäpysäköinnistä osoitteessa Vantinportti 5. Lähdemme ajamaan kohti retkipaikkaa kello 18:00, mutta olethan ajoissa paikalla!

Paluu

  • Koko retki: 16.11. klo 13:00 Kirilästä. Takaisin Kauklahdessa noin kello 13:40.
  • Lyhyt retki: 15.11. klo 16:00 Kirilästä. Jos lapsesi on mukana vain lyhyen retkiajan, varauduthan hakemaan hänet retkeltä itse. Pyrimme järjestämään kimppakyydit, jos lähtijöitä on tarpeeksi.

Perhepartio

  • Perhepartiolaiset huolehtivat omista kyydityksistä, mutta parkkipaikan koon vuoksi kimppakyytejä suositellaan!

Retkeilijät jätetään parkkipaikalle ja siitä kävellään polku ylös kämpälle. Samalta parkkipaikalta retkeilijät noudetaan sunnuntaina. Parkkipaikalla on tilaa noin kuudelle autolle.

Ilmoittautuminen

  • Kuksaan viimeistään 2.11. kuksaan.fi/87483
  • Perhepartiolaiset ilmoittautuvat kaikki omilla tunnuksillaan, lapset ja huoltajat erikseen (jos niitä ei ole, olkaa yhteydessä jäsensihteeri Mariaan, info [at] kauku.fi)
  • Ilmoittautumisen voi peruuttaa maksutta 2.11.2025 mennessä laittamalla viestiä retken johtajille.

Majoitus

Retkellä kaikki sudenpentuja vanhemmat nukkuvat pääsääntöisesti ainakin toisen yön ulkona. Varauduttehan siis riittävän lämpimillä makuupusseilla ja paksuilla makuualustoilla.

Retkimaksu

Retken hinta määräytyy retken pituuden mukaan. Tarkemmat maksutiedot löytyvät ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä lähetettävästä ilmoittautumisvahvistuksesta.

  • Koko retki: 15€
  • Lyhyt retki: 10€
  • Perhepartiolaisille retken hinta on 5€ (yli 3-vuotiaille).

Retkimaksulle voidaan myös myöntää vapautus taloudellisin, terveydellisin ja sosiaalisin perustein. Jos haluatte kuulla lisää mahdollisuudesta, olkaa yhteydessä lippukunnanjohtaja Toukoon (touko.litola [at] kauku.fi)

Retkelle on myös saatavilla tarvittaessa lainavarusteita. Lippukunnalla on lainattavana ainakin rinkkoja, makuupusseja ja makuualustoja. Näistä voit tiedustella lisää Toukolta.

Helppo tulla

Retkellä on käytössä Suomen Partiolaisten Helppo tulla -tunnus.

Iiris’s witch’s cauldron 

Welcome to Kauka-Kuutit’s joint autumn camp in Tervalampi, Vihti, from November 14 to 16! The camp will take place at the Mustien Veljien and Kirisiskojen cabin Kirilä. You can join the trip for the entire weekend or only from Friday to Saturday, depending on your preference.

Dates

  • Full camp: November 14 at 17:45 – November 16 at 13:00
  • Short camp: November 14 at 17:45 – November 15 at 16:00
  • Family scouts: November 15 at 10:00 – 13:00

Transportation

Transportation to and from the camp will be arranged through carpooling. Please let us know during registration if you are able to help transport the participants. Carpools will depart from and return to the Kauklahti station park-and-ride area.

Departure

  • November 14 at 17:45 from the Kauklahti station park-and-ride area, address Vantinportti 5. We will depart for the campsite at 18:00, so please be on time!

Return

  • Full camp: November 16 at 13:00 from Kirilä. Arrival back in Kauklahti around 13:40.
  • Short camp: November 15 at 16:00 from Kirilä. If your child is participating only for the short trip, please be prepared to pick them up yourself. We will try to arrange carpools if there are enough participants.

Family scouts

  • Family scouts are responsible for their own transportation, but carpooling is recommended due to limited parking space!

Participants will be dropped off at the parking area, from where they will walk along a trail up to the cabin. Pick-up on Sunday will take place from the same parking area. The parking area can accommodate about six cars.

Registration

  • To Kuksa latest on November 2nd: kuksaan.fi/87483
  • All family scouts must register using their own accounts, with children and guardians registering separately. (If you do not have accounts, please contact the membership secretary Maria, info [at] kauku.fi)
  • Registrations can be cancelled free of charge until November 2, 2025, by sending a message to the trip leaders.

Accommodations

On the trip, all scouts older than Cub Scouts will generally sleep outdoors for at least one of the nights. Please make sure to bring sufficiently warm sleeping bags and thick sleeping pads.

Participation fee

The trip fee depends on the length of the trip. Detailed payment information can be found in the registration confirmation sent after registration.

  • Full camp: 15€
  • Shorter camp: 10€
  • Family scouts: 5€ (for over 3 years old).

The trip fee may also be waived on financial, health, or social grounds. If you would like more information about this possibility, please contact the local group leader Touko (touko.litola [at] kauku.fi).

Loaner equipment is also available for the trip if needed. The local group has backpacks, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads available for borrowing. You can ask Touko for more information about these.

Easy to come along

The camp will take the Guides and Scouts of Finland’s Easy to come along sign into account.

The event has been planned in accordance with the followin criteria of this sign. Please note that the cabin and its surroundings are not easily accessible.
